SANAA, Feb. 2 (YPA) – Iraqi Foreign Minister Mohammad Ali al-Hakim arrived in Turkey from Russia which he visited this week.
A foreign ministry statement said that al-Hakim visited the headquarters of the Consulate General of the Republic of Iraq in Istanbul, met with its staff and listened to the most prominent problems facing them in the provision of consular services.”
Al-Hakim stressed the importance of overcoming obstacles to the Iraqi community and promote their transactions and also stressed the need to communicate with them and expedite the completion of their requests, “according to the site of the Euphrates News.
The Minister also met with a number of Iraqi citizens in Turkey; to follow up their situation, and listen to them; in order to develop the work in the consulate, and provide the best services.
