Army launches offensive on coalition’s sites in Nihem district

SANAA, Jan. 14 (YPA) – The Yemeni army on Monday launched large-scale attacks on sites of militants loyal to Saudi-led coalition in Nihem front of Sanaa province, a military official told Yemen Press Agency.

 The Battle, which took place in the eastern Idah front left dozens of militants dead and wounded, according to the official.

 Over the past two days, special force units of the army carried out attacks on positions and military gatherings o the militants in several areas of Nihem district, inflicting massive losses on their ranks.
