Bodies of pro-coalition militiamen arrive in Abyan

ABYAN, Dec. 24 (YPA) – Bodies of many militiamen loyal to Saudi-led coalition, who were killed in Serwah area of Marib province by Yemeni army fire, arrived on Monday in Ludar district of Abyan province, southern Yemen.

This came after the military progress achieved by the army forces through controlling several sites of the coalition militias in Serwah front during the past few days.

Many recruits from the southern provinces of Lahj and Abyan were killed and others seriously wounded during the confrontations with the army forces in Serwah, according to “Aden Al-Ghad” news website.

The coalition forces along with Islah Party, have recruited the people of the southern provinces and turned them into mercenaries to fight in the western coast front and in the boarder fronts with Saudi Arabia and to defend interests of the party in Marib for small amounts of money.
