Coalition continues committing war crimes in Yemen: Army spokesman

SANAA, Nov. 15 (YPA) – Spokesman of Yemeni army Brigadier General Yahia Sarie said on Thursday the Saudi-led coalition forces have continued to shed more blood and commit massacres against the Yemeni people, in a press statement said.

In the statement, Sarie said that the coalition fighter jets waged series of strikes on Hodeidah province, killing four citizens and wounding two others.

The spokesman affirmed that artillery of the coalition’s militiamen fired at residential areas of Hodeidah and injured six children.

“The Yemeni army inflicts heavy casualties on the militiamen when they tries to move towards two of areas Kilo16 and Hais,” the spokesman added.

Sarie stressed a talk about the ceasefire published by coalition’s media came to deceive a public opinion and to rearrange its positions and troops-collapsing  psychologically and morally.

The spokesman affirmed that the Yemeni army’s readiness to continue military operation against the coalition and its militiamen  in all fronts.
