One of UAE-backed militias found strangled in Mukalla city

MUKALLA, Oct. 32 (YPA) – One of the UAE-backed militias was killed on Monday evening by the so-called “Hadrami elite” forces in Hadramawt province, hanging and throwing his body near his home in al-Mukalla city, eastern Yemen, local sources told Yemen Press Agency.

The sources said that Fawaz Saleh Haidara was found dead “strangled” at his home in the area of “Foh ” area west of Mukalla, according to preliminary information.

Fawaz Haidara was one of the members of the Military Police Force branch and recently joined the UAE-backed southern transition militias, the elite Hadrami, since its inception in Hadramawt.

The body of Haidra was taken to the dead refrigerator at Bin Sinai Hospital in al-Mukalla city, hone of the sources said.

He is the brother of Talal bin Haidara, who is the deputy minister of Youth and Sports in the exiled President Abed Rabbo Hadi’s Aden-based government.

Mukalla and other southern cities, under the control of the UAE occupation forces, have been witnessing assassinations and physical liquidations amid the spread of terrorist groups of al-Qaeda and Daesh.
