Pro-Palestine demonstrations continue in Chicago demanding end to US support for “Israel”

CHICAGO, Aug. 24 (YPA) – Pro-Palestine demonstrations continued in the city of Chicago, Illinois, as protesters renewed their weekly calls to end US military and financial support for “Israel” and to stop the ongoing genocide against Palestinians in Gaza.

Participants stressed that the persistence of these weekly protests reflects their rejection of the ongoing Israeli assault and their commitment to keeping the issue alive in American public discourse.

Protesters declared that their continued mobilization sends a message that they will not remain silent in the face of the Israeli massacres and starvation policies.

They affirmed that their grassroots movement will persist until justice is achieved for the Palestinian people and US aid to “Israel” is halted.
