Dozens of Saudi-backed militiamen killed, injured off Najran

NAJRAN, Sept. 4 (YPA) – Dozens of the Saudi-backed militia were killed and others were injured on Tuesday by landmines blasts in the al-Resifat area off Najran province, southern Saudi Arabia, a military official told Yemen Press Agency.

The militia tried to advance towards al-Resifat area off Najran, but failed to make any progress on the ground due to the improvised explosive devices were planted by army’s engineering unit, the official added.
