Gaza Health: Death toll of ongoing Israeli aggression rises to 74,228

GAZA, Oct. 03 (YPA) – The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza announced, on Saturday, that the death toll from the Israeli genocide has risen to 74,228 martyrs and 175,188 injuries since October 7, 2023.

In its daily statistical report, the ministry confirmed that hospitals in the Gaza Strip received 7 martyrs and 20 injuries during the past 48 hours.

It explained that the total number of victims since the ceasefire on October 11 has reached 1,445 martyrs and 5,072 injuries, while 835 cases of bodies being recovered from under the rubble have been recorded.

“Many victims remain under the rubble and in the streets, with ambulance and civil defense crews unable to reach them,” the ministry added.
