Zionist settlers desecrate Al-Aqsa under protection of occupation forces

OCCUPIED AL-QUDS, Sept. 16 (YPA) – Groups of Zionist settlers stormed the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque, on Wednesday, under heavy protection from the occupation forces, through the Mughrabi Gate.

They carried out provocative tours and performed Talmudic rituals with the participation of occupation soldiers.

The storming came after calls from groups of the so-called “Temple Mount organizations” for their supporters to participate widely and impose new rituals under the pretext of the Jewish New Year.

The occupation exploits Jewish holidays to impose severe restrictions and close roads to Palestinians in the West Bank and Jerusalem, and to restrict freedom of worship and movement while granting facilities to settlers.
