Gaza Health: Death toll of ongoing Israeli aggression on Gaza rises to 73,795 martyrs and 174,000 wounded

GAZA, Sept. 16 (YPA) – The Ministry of Health in Gaza announced, on Wednesday, that the death toll from the Israeli aggression since October 7, 2023, has risen to 73,795 martyrs and 174,869 wounded.

 

In its daily statistical report, the ministry explained that the sector’s hospitals received 6 martyrs and 71 new injuries during the past 24 hours.

 

Since the ceasefire on October 11, the toll has reached 1,381 martyrs and 4,757 wounded, in addition to 831 bodies recovered.

 

“Many victims are still under the rubble and in the streets, as ambulance and civil defense teams are unable to reach them until this moment”, it added.

 

In a special note, the ministry revealed that the collapse of a damaged residential building has so far resulted in 16 martyrs and more than 25 wounded, with some missing, bringing the total number of deaths from building collapses damaged by the aggression to 50.
