Palestinian man, child killed in Israeli drone strikes on Gaza

GAZA, June 21 (YPA) – A Palestinian man and a child were killed, and several others injured in an Israeli drone strike targeting a group of civilians west of Khan Younis in southern Gaza on Sunday, according to local medical sources.

The Kuwait Specialized Field Hospital said its teams recovered one body and treated multiple casualties following the attack near the Dream Hall area west of the city.

Subsequent reports indicated that the death toll had risen to two, including a child, while several others sustained injuries in the strike.

The attack comes amid ongoing Israeli aggression in the Gaza Strip, which have caused widespread casualties and extensive damage to homes, infrastructure, and civilian facilities.

According to the latest figures from Gaza health authorities, the death toll from the Israeli aggression since October 7, 2023, has reached 73,032, with 173,357 people injured.
