BERLIN, May 03 (YPA) – Thousands of demonstrators took to the streets of Berlin in a large protest condemning Israeli military operations in the Gaza Strip.
The march began at Neptune Square in central Berlin, where participants gathered in solidarity with Palestinians before moving through the city toward Potsdamer Platz under heavy police presence.
Protesters carried Palestinian, Lebanese, and Iranian flags, calling for an end to the aggression and criticizing U.S. support for Israel occupation.
Demonstrators held placards reading “Stop the genocide” and “Israel is the real terrorist,” while chanting slogans in support of Palestinian rights and denouncing what they described as international silence over the conflict.
Participants said that failure to speak out against the violence amounts to moral complicity, as the demonstration concluded in the city center.
