Gaza hospitals receive bodies of five people killed in fresh Israeli attacks

GAZA, Feb. 10 (YPA) – The Palestinian Ministry of Health said on Tuesday that Gaza hospitals received the bodies of five people killed and treated five others injured over the past 24 hours, as the effects of the aggression continue despite the ceasefire.

In its daily report, the ministry stated that since the ceasefire took effect on October 11, 2025, the death toll has reached 586, with 1,558 people wounded, in addition to the recovery of 717 bodies from under the rubble during the same period.

It added that the total number of casualties from the Israeli aggression since October 7, 2023, has risen to 72,037 killed and 171,666 wounded, describing the situation as one of the worst humanitarian disasters to hit the Gaza Strip.

The statement also noted that many victims remain trapped under debris or lying in the streets, as ambulance and civil defense teams remain still unable to reach them due to extensive destruction and dangerous field conditions.
