TEHRAN, Dec. 22 (YPA) – Iran conducted missile tests in several regions of the country, including in the cities of Khorramabad, Mahabad, Isfahan, Tehran and Mashhad.
According to the Fars news agency, citing eyewitnesses and informed sources, reported that missile drills were taking place in several cities on Monday.
The Iranian Broadcasting Corporation’s Telegram channel, along with the semi-official Noor News Network, shared footage apparently showing the launch of missiles, although the exact locations were not disclosed.
Earlier on Monday, Foreign Ministry spokesman Esmail Baghaei stated that “the missiles developed by Iran were intended for self-defense and deterring any attack,” stressing that Tehran’s missile program was “non-negotiable.”
