Has Yemen become a cornerstone in confronting the Zionist project?

SANAA, Sept. 29 (YPA) – Yemen is no longer a country of little significance; today, it has become a real center of power that obstructs the Zionist project and hinders plans to reshape the Middle East to serve Israel’s interests.

The US-Israeli aggression against Yemen is part of a calculated strategy to sever the link between Yemen and Gaza, isolate the Palestinian resistance from any potential regional support, and pave the way for the so-called “Greater Israel.” This aims to achieve long-term strategic dominance by normalizing the violation of the region’s people and removing any obstacles to this plan.

Why Yemen Has Not Abandoned Gaza and Palestine

The reality is that the Palestinian resistance in Gaza today represents the first line of defense for the region’s people. It is the most influential factor in disrupting the Zionist plan that “Israel” and the U.S. are trying to implement, which extends beyond the borders of Palestine to encompass the entire region.

Abandoning Gaza and the Palestinian resistance would mean abandoning the first fortress against this project, which would be a strategic blunder for the region’s people—especially for countries the Zionist project seeks to include in its plan, such as Egypt, Jordan, Syria, Lebanon, Iraq, and Saudi Arabia.

Therefore, any connection between Yemen’s steadfast stance and its support for the Palestinian resistance reflects a precise understanding of the strategic relationships and necessities that prevent the Zionist project’s implementation in the region.

Why Sanaa Chose to Shoulder the Burden Alone

Yemen’s firm stance on the Palestinian issue was not an emotional decision but the result of a keen strategic awareness of a complex web of alliances and hegemonic influences. It reflects an ability to read a plan that is not limited to Palestine alone.

Yemen is well aware of the extent of U.S. influence within many regional regimes—an influence that has led some to align with the enemy’s policies or even engage in direct cooperation with “Israel,” as seen in the context of normalization and political and economic dealings with several Gulf states.

This reality was not lost on Sanaa. Yemen’s solo stand with Gaza and the Palestinian people and its opposition to the Zionist project is not just a matter of popular outrage but a conscious political decision by a national leadership that saw abandoning Palestine as leaving the nation’s first fortress and inviting a terrifying collective fate for the region’s people. This is why Sanaa chose to fill the vacuum and defend the nation’s choices, even if it had to bear the burden of confrontation alone.

Attempts to Break the Link Between Yemen and Gaza

The U.S. and Israeli entity are well aware of Yemen’s strategic weight and its decisive role in supporting the Palestinian resistance. This awareness makes Sanaa a focal point of their direct attention because Yemen’s continued support for Gaza obstructs the Zionist plan, which seeks to establish control over Palestine and then expand into the entire region.

Therefore, all forms of aggression against Yemen today are part of a systematic and organized strategy, all aimed at breaking the link between Yemen and Gaza and removing Yemen, which has now become the biggest obstacle to the Zionist plan’s implementation in the region.

Signs of U.S. and Israeli Defeat

Despite all the U.S. and Israeli efforts to separate Yemen from Gaza, which have reached the level of direct military aggression, these attempts have not achieved their intended goal. On the contrary, the results have been entirely counterproductive, strengthening Yemen’s strategic position and raising its regional influence.

U.S. and Israeli aggression has not weakened Yemen; it has given it an opportunity to prove its capabilities and enhance its military readiness. Yemen now poses a tangible threat to “Israel” and U.S. influence in the region.

Indicators confirm that the U.S. and “Israel” are unable to defeat Yemen and that all the aggression and pressure have not weakened Sanaa’s will but have strengthened it. Yemen has now become an influential regional player with a great ability to affect the balance of power, given its growing role as a force capable of protecting the nation’s causes, supporting the Palestinian cause, and confronting the Zionist project that represents the greatest danger to the future of the region’s people.

Conclusion

Today, Yemen represents the biggest obstacle to the Zionist project in the region. Its steadfast stance and continuous support for the Palestinian resistance in Gaza have made it a regional power that the U.S. and Israeli enemy cannot bypass.

Despite all the pressure, military aggression, and attempts to separate Yemen from Gaza, the U.S. and “Israel” have not been able to achieve their goals. Instead, these attempts have had the opposite effect, strengthening Yemen’s strategic power and its position as an influential regional player.

Yemen today has not only defended its national interests but has also taken on the responsibility of protecting the nation and defending Palestine, with a full awareness of the complicity of some Arab and Islamic regimes with the Zionist project.

Today’s Yemen, which combines military power, strategic capability, and steadfast will, has become the cornerstone that obstructs the “Greater Israel” plan, a guarantor of the continuation of the Palestinian resistance, and a protector of the interests of the Arab and Islamic nation.

This makes any notion of separating or neutralizing Yemen from Gaza impossible and proves that the will of the people and true resistance are capable of foiling major hegemonic projects.
