Al-Qassam Brigades release footage of raid on newly established Israeli military position in Khan Younis city
GAZA, Sept. 29 (YPA) – As part of the “Moses’ Staff” operation series, the Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas, released footage showing their fighters carrying out a raid on the newly established enemy position southeast of Khan Younis city.
The Al-Qassam fighters stormed the site with an infantry force and targeted a number of “Merkava 4” guard tanks with several Shuath explosives, guerilla action devices, and Al-Yassin 105 shells.

The video shows the close support force targeted a number of houses where occupation soldiers were fortified, pinning them down with 6 anti-fortification and anti-personnel shells and machine gun fire.
The video also shows a number of Al-Qassam fighters storming the houses and finished off a number of occupation soldiers inside from point-blank range with light weapons and hand grenades.
They pounded the sites surrounding the operation’s location with a number of mortar shells to cut off reinforcements, and the operation’s site was pounded with a number of mortar shells to secure the withdrawal of the fighters from the place.
Upon the arrival of an Israeli rescue force, one of the martyrdom-seeking fighters reportedly detonated himself among the soldiers, causing multiple casualties.
.A field commander from the Brigades stated that, despite overwhelming Israeli aerial surveillance, the fighters successfully scouted the location and gathered precise intelligence within 24 hours prior to the operation. The planning phase included monitoring Israeli troop movements during ground maneuvers inside the Gaza Strip.
According to the commander, the fighters had taken full control over the target area during the raid and inflicted casualties among the Israeli occupation forces.
