Sanaa forces launch drone attack on Dimona, Ramon airport in latest escalation
SANAA, Sept. 08 (YPA) – The Sanaa-based armed forces of Yemen have staged drone attacks on several Israeli locations in the occupied city of Palestine.
In a statement, the military spokesman, Yahya Sarie, said the armed forces carried out on Monday a military operation targeting Lod Airport (Ben Gurion) in Yaffa area, (known as Tel Aviv), as well as the Ramon airport in Umm al-Rashrash (Arabic name for Eilat), and a sensitive target in Dimona, using three drones.
He affirmed that the operation achieved its goals successfully.
The spokesman clarified the operation came in support of the oppressed Palestinian people and their dear fighters, and also in response to the crimes of genocide and starvation being committed by the Zionist enemy in the Gaza Strip.
“The armed forces praise the blessed jihadist operations in Al Quds and Gaza, which confirmed the vitality of the Palestinian people and the ability of its youth to carry out qualitative operations,” he added.
Sarie re-affirmed that the armed forces’ commitment to continuing to support the Palestinian people and stand by them until the aggression is stopped and the siege on Gaza lifted.
