Palestinian child dies of hunger in Gaza

GAZA, July 24 (YPA)  – A Palestinian girl died Thursday evening in the Gaza Strip due to the worsening hunger, malnutrition, and lack of healthcare, amid the ongoing Israeli blockade and deteriorating humanitarian conditions.

Al-Shifa Hospital in Gaza City reported the death of Nour Riyad Ikhziq, a child affected by hunger and malnutrition.

These repeated announcements bring the number of children who have died from malnutrition to more than 76, while the number of deaths due to food and medicine shortages has reached 620, according to official government data.
