Gold records new decline in Aden, Sana’a

SANAA, June 28 (YPA) – Gold prices in Yemen recorded a noticeable decline, om Saturday, in the goldsmiths and jewelry markets in Sana’a and Aden.

In detail, the selling price of the gold pound in Aden reached 1,970,000 riyals, while the 21-karat gram exceeded 246,000 riyals, a decrease of 68,000 riyals per pound and about 25,000 riyals per gram within 48 hours.

In Sana’a, the selling price of the gold pound was 390,000 riyals, and the 21-karat gram was 50,500 riyals, a decrease of 5,000 riyals per pound and 1,000 riyals per gram within 48 hours.

Average gold prices in Aden:

– Gold pound Buy: 1,963,800 riyals, Sell: 1,968,600 riyals.

– 21 karat gram Buy: 245,500 riyals, Sale: 246,200 riyals.

Average gold prices in Sanaa:

– Gold pound Buy: 383,000 riyals, Sale: 390,000 riyals.

– 21 karat gram Buy: 48,000 riyals, Sale: 50,500 riyals.
