BUENOS AIRES, June 22 (YPA) – Thousands of demonstrators rallied in the Argentine capital, Buenos Aires, to express their rejection of the ongoing Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip and all occupied Palestinian territories.
According to the Palestinian News and Information Agency (WAFA), the call for the protests, which started from the intersection of Callao and Corrientes Streets and reached May Square, was staged by Independent Coordination for Palestine and the Argentine Committee for Solidarity with the Palestinian People.
During the rally, slogans were raised condemning the crimes that Israeli occupation’s committing in Gaza.
The demonstrators also strongly condemned Argentine President Javier Milei’s visit to “Israel” and his support for Benjamin Netanyahu’s far-right government, as well as the announcement that the Argentine embassy would be moved to Al Quds in 2026.
