Report: Army launches drone’s strikes, achieves great victories over 24 hours
SANAA, July 27 (YPA) – The Yemen army has waged drone’s strikes on Abu Dhabi International Airport and offensive operations, including missile artillery and sniping attacks, targeting Saudi-backed militiamen in several battlefronts over the past 24 hours, according to military reports combined by Yemen Press Agency on Friday.
• In the UAE capital Abu Dhabi:
Air force of the army launched drone’s strikes on Abu Dhabi International Airport.
The army destroyed an armored with guided missile in the west of Tuhaita.
Five of Saudi-backed militiamen were shot dead.
Artillery shells targeted gatherings of militiamen in the west of Hais.
Engineering unit of the army carried out an ambush on militiamen when they tried to infiltrate toward northern Tuhaita, killing all of them.
• In the border province of Jizan:
Artillery shelling targeted gatherings of Saudi soldiers near Sood tower.
A militiamen was sniped in front of Dood mount.
The army carried out an attack on three sites of militiamen in front of Khobah, killing, wounding dozens and seizing military equipment.
• In Asir border province:
A large-scale infiltration, backed with air cover, was repelled in front of Alb border crossing, destroying two military vehicles, killing and wounding dozens of the militiamen.
• In Najran border province:
A military vehicle of militiamen was destroyed in Boqea desert.
Gatherings of militiamen were shelled in Talaa, Shabaka sites and Alib mounts by artillery.
• In Jawf province:
Two military vehicles of militiamen were bombed by explosive devices in Moton, killing all who were on boards.
• In Taiz province:
Three of militiamen were sniped in Waziayah front.
Two bulldozers, were creating fortifications for the militiamen in Risan Valley, southwest of Waziayah junction, were destroyed by artillery shelling, as well as the army targeted groups of militiamen in the same area, killing and wounding dozens..
• In Marib province:
Sniper unit of the Yemen army shot dead three of Saudi-backed militiamen in Serwah district.
