GAZA, June 11 (YPA) -Palestinian resistance factions in the Gaza Strip carried out coordinated attacks on Israeli occupation forces east of Khan Younis on Wednesday, including a sniping operation against the invading forces.
“Our fighters managed to snipe a Zionist soldier with an Al-Qassam “Al-Ghoul” rifle in the Al-Sanati area, east of the town of Abasan al-Kabira, east of Khan Younis, in the southern Gaza Strip. Our fighters monitored the landing of a helicopter for evacuation,” Al-Qassam Brigades said in a brief statement.
Meanwhile, the Al-Quds Brigades, the armed wing of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad, said in a statement that their fighters targeted an enemy infantry force east of Khan Younis with an anti-personnel explosive device this morning.
They also carried out an artillery fortification with mortar shells on the targeted area, achieving precise and direct hits on the force and rescue teams.
