Israeli occupation forces carry out new incursion into Syrian territory

SYRIA, June 11 (YPA) – Israeli occupation forces infiltrated the village of Al-Qahtaniyah in the Quneitra countryside in the Syrian Golan Heights, media sources reported on Wednesday.

The occupation forces deployed among homes and streets, fired into the air, and called on residents via loudspeakers to remain in their homes.

Israeli media reported that Channel 12 correspondents entered Syria on a tour that included Keren Marziano, Guy Ferron, Adar Gitzis, and others.

Separately, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported that relative calm had returned to Talkalakh and its countryside in Homs after an attack launched by armed groups led by Abu Al-Alamein Al-Hazouri, which resulted in the death and injury of security personnel and civilians.

Residents of Al-Qamari village appealed to the General Security to intervene to protect them after an armed group attacked their homes at night with grenades and gunfire, causing panic but no casualties.
