Gaza’s Health Ministry: 82 martyrs and 262 injured in the past 24 hours

GAZA, May 21 (YPA) – Over the past 24 hours, hospitals in the Gaza Strip received the bodies of at least 82 martyrs, as well as 262 of people suffering from different injuries following Israeli attacks, the Health Ministry in Gaza reported.

In its daily report, the Ministry of Health in Gaza stated that since the Israeli occupation forces resumed their military campaign on March 18, 2025, more than 3,509 people have been killed and approximately 9,909 others injured.

The death toll from the Israeli genocidal war on Gaza, which started on October 7, 2023, to over 53,655 martyrs. The number of the wounded also surged to about 121,950 people, the ministry added.

A number of victims remain under the rubble and on the roads, unable to be reached by ambulance and civil defense crews, according to the report.
