Al-Quds Brigades detonates GBU-39.B bomb in Israeli force

GAZA, May 20 (YPA) – The Palestinian resistance in Gaza revealed on Tuesday military operations and qualitative ambushes against the occupation forces and military vehicles north and east of Gaza.

Al-Quds Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Jihad movement, announced that its fighters had detonated a GBU-39.B bomb, which was left by the Israeli forces, in an Israeli military vehicle during its incursion into Al-Muntar Street in the Shuja’iyya neighborhood east of Gaza City, on May 12.

Meanwhile, Abu Khaled, spokesman for the Martyr Omar al-Qassem Forces, the military wing of the Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine, confirmed that one of their combat groups operating in the northwest Gaza Strip had set up a well-planned ambush for an Israeli foot patrol in the al-Atatra area.

Abu Khaled explained that the scene of the operation was rigged with explosive devices, and the fighters succeeded in luring the invading forces into an ambush, which led to direct casualties among their ranks.
