Salafist Sheikh assassinated in Hadramout

HADRAMOUT, May 18 (YPA) – A Salafist Sheikh was assassinated, on Sunday, in Hadramout governorate, which is under the control of the coalition in eastern Yemen, local sources reported.

The sources said that unidentified gunmen assassinated the Salafist Sheikh Ahmed bin Shathan in his car on the road linking the Al-Abr area and the Al-Wadiah crossing in front of the “Afarit” camp, which led to his immediate death.
