Saudi warplanes launch 58 airstrikes across six Yemeni governorates

SANAA, Sept. 13 (YPA) – Saudi warplanes carried out 58 airstrikes over the past 24 hours targeting six Yemeni governorates, according to a statement by a military spokesman.

Brigadier General Yahya Sarie, spokesman for the Sanaa armed forces, said the strikes were executed by F-16 fighter jets taking off from Khamis Mushait base. He added that the raids targeted the governorates of Taiz, Lahj, Jawf, Hajjah, Bayda, and Saada.
