GAZA, April 06 (YPA) – Palestinian female journalist Islam Nasr al-Din Miqdad was martyred as a result of an Israeli bombing that targeted a house west of Khan Yunis, south of the Gaza Strip.
This brings the number of journalists killed since the beginning of the Israeli aggression on the Strip to 220.
Palestinian sources reported that enemy aircraft targeted a house and a tent west of Khan Yunis last night, killing nine citizens, including journalist Miqdad.
The sources stated that journalist Miqdad was killed in a bombing that targeted the Abdul Hadi family’s home in the city’s Al-Amal neighborhood.
The number of journalists killed since the beginning of the war of extermination has risen to 220 after the martyrdom of journalist Miqdad.
The enemy deliberately targets Palestinian journalists in the Gaza Strip systematically, in an attempt to silence them and prevent them from conveying the truth to the world.
