Aden Governor accuses coalition of using economic file to serve American-Zionist agendas

ADEN, March 24 (YPA) – The Governor of Aden, Tariq Mustafa Sallam, confirmed that the Saudi-led coalition’s use of the economic file as a pressure tool against Yemen is part of serving the American-Zionist project in the region.

Governor Tariq Sallam, affiliated with the Sanaa government, expressed his strong condemnation of the hostile attempts by the coalition and its affiliated government, which target the Yemeni economy and threaten the stability of the banking sector.

The Governor pointed out that these hostile actions are part of the comprehensive war on Yemen, emphasizing that such practices will bring nothing but disgrace and humiliation, as seen in previous conspiracies with well-known outcomes.

Sallam warned against the suspicious calls made by leaders loyal to the Coalition, which aim to relocate banks from Sanaa to Aden, at a time when Aden and the areas under the coalition’s control have been experiencing unprecedented economic collapse and ongoing security chaos since early 2016.
