STC factions kidnap 2 brothers in Abyan

ABYAN, March 10 (YPA) – The UAE-backed Southern Transitional Council (STC)’s factions kidnapped two brothers in Al-Wadea district of Abyan governorate, southern Yemen, and took them to an unknown location.

Human rights sources confirmed that the “Security Belt” factions affiliated with the Transitional Council kidnapped “Sand and Sami Al-Sallal Am’bad”, while they were in one of the markets in Al-Wadea, without knowing the reasons.

The sources explained that the Transitional Council elements released Sand hours after his kidnapping, and kept his brother “Sami”, who was recruited in the factions loyal to Islah, under arrest.

The Abyan directorates under the control of the Emirati factions are witnessing security chaos amid unprecedented regional arrests.
