SANAA, Feb. 26 (YPA) – The southern Syrian governorates witnessed, on Wednesday, popular demonstrations and protests denouncing the Zionist attacks on Syria’s sovereignty.
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported that popular demonstrations took place in the towns of Saida al-Golan and Ghadir al-Bustan in the southern Quneitra countryside, denouncing the Zionist attacks on Syrian territory.
This comes one day after a wave of popular protests witnessed in the provinces of Quneitra and Sweida, rejecting the statements of the head of the Israeli occupation entity, Benjamin Netanyahu, regarding southern Syria, where popular demonstrations took place affirming the unity of Syrian lands and rejecting any foreign intervention or divisive projects targeting the country.
