Jenin Brigade detonates explosive device against occupation forces in Silat al-Harithiya

WEST BANK, Feb. 24 (YPA) – The Jenin Brigade – Al-Quds Brigades detonated an explosive device targeting Israeli occupation forces during their incursion into the town of Silat al-Harithiya, located in the northern West Bank near Jenin.

In a statement, the Jenin Brigade stated, “Our fighters succeeded at dawn today in detonating a high-explosive ground bomb of the type kj37, which had been pre-prepared, targeting a military patrol at the entrance of Silat al-Harithiya, causing confirmed injuries.”

It added in another statement that, after reconnecting with one of their combat formations in the Sila al-Harithiya, “They confirmed to us that they successfully confronted enemy forces and military reinforcements on various battlefronts in the town and at the entrance of Silat al-Harithiya, showering them with heavy bursts of direct gunfire and pre-prepared bombs, resulting in confirmed injuries.”
