Islamic Jihad Movement condemns occupation’s assassination of commander Mohammed Shaheen

GAZA, Feb. 17 (YPA) – The Islamic Jihad Movement in Palestine strongly condemned, on Monday, the Zionist enemy’s assassination of the commander of Al-Qassam Brigades, Mohammed Ibrahim Shaheen “Abu Al-Baraa”, this afternoon in the city of Sidon, southern Lebanon.

The Jihad Movement said in a statement, “This treacherous and cowardly assassination, which expresses the aggressive and criminal nature of the leaders of the usurping entity, is a dangerous escalation aimed at sowing confusion and mixing the cards in order to undermine the resistance and its leaders.”

She stressed that the pure blood of the resistance leaders in Lebanon and Palestine will only increase the cohesion, strength and adherence of the Lebanese and Palestinian peoples to resisting the occupation and thwarting all its criminal goals.
