Seismic center records earthquake in Lahj

DHAMAR, Jan. 23 (YPA) – Yemeni seismic stations recorded on Thursday an earthquake south of one of the districts of Lahj province.

A bulletin issued by the Center for Monitoring and Study of Earthquakes and Volcanoes in Dhamar province confirmed that a mild earthquake measuring 3.5 on the Richter scale was recorded south of Yafea’ district in Lahj province, indicating that the earthquake occurred at 10:43 am, according to what was reported by the “September.net” website.
