GAZA, Aug. 05 (YPA) – At least 17 Palestinians were killed and several others wounded on Tuesday in a series of ongoing Israeli airstrikes across the Gaza Strip, marking the 670th day of the conflict.
According to Palestinian sources, three civilians were shot and killed by Israeli forces near a humanitarian aid distribution center on Al-Tina Street, south of Khan Younis in southern Gaza.
In a separate incident, five people were killed and others injured when an Israeli airstrike targeted a tent sheltering displaced individuals in west of Khan Younis.
Sources also reported that Iman Ibrahim Abu Maala and her two brothers, including Abdel Malek, were killed in an Israeli artillery shelling on the northern part of Al-Nuseirat refugee camp in central Gaza.
Further injuries were reported following an Israeli airstrike on a residential house near the Sheikh Radwan water reservoir in northern Gaza City.
The Al-Shifa Medical Complex confirmed that two more civilians were killed and others wounded in an Israeli airstrike targeting an apartment in northwestern Gaza City.
Separately, Al-Awda Hospital said it received 11 bodies, including one woman and 78 injured individuals over the past 24 hours, following Israeli attacks on crowds gathered at an aid distribution point south of Wadi Gaza, as well as other areas in central Gaza.
