Update: 77 civilians killed in 8 Israeli fresh massacres in Gaza

GAZA, Jan. 03 (YPA) – The Israeli occupation forces committed on Friday eight massacres against families in the Gaza Strip, killing at least 77 Palestinians and injuring 108 others.

The Gaza-based Palestinian Ministry of Health said in a statement that the Palestinian death toll from the occupation’s onslaught since Oct 7, 2023, has risen to 45,658 reported fatalities, with an additional 108,583 individuals sustaining injuries. The majority of the victims are women and children.

The statement added that the ambulance and rescue teams have been still unable to reach many casualties and dead bodies trapped under the rubble or scattered on roads across the war-torn enclave, as Israeli occupation continues to obstruct the movement of and medical and civil defense teams.
