Death toll from Israeli aggression on Gaza rises to 45,553

GAZA, Jan. 01 (YPA) – The Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip said on Wednesday that the death toll from the Israeli aggression in the Strip since October 2023 has risen to 45,553, with 108,379 injured.

The ministry’s daily report stated that Israeli forces committed two massacres against families in the Gaza Strip, resulting in 12 martyrs and 41 injured being admitted to hospitals within the past 48 hours.

The ministry added that several martyrs are still buried in rubble and on the roads, and ambulance and civil defense teams are unable to reach them.
