Death toll from Israeli genocide rises to 45,484

GAZA, Dec. 28 (YPA) – The death toll from the Zionist aggression on the Gaza Strip has risen to 45,484, with 108,090 injured, since October 7, 2023.

The Palestinian Health Ministry explained on Saturday that the Israeli occupation committed two massacres against families in the Gaza Strip, which left 48 martyrs and 52 wounded during the past 24 hours.

The ministry added ambulance and civil defense crews are unable to reach the victims who are under the rubble and on the roads.
