WORLD, Dec. 28 (YPA) – Ireland-Palestine Solidarity Campaign has called for a protest on New Year’s Eve at the Ha’penny Bridge in Dublin, on Tuesday, December 31, from 2 to 3 PM.
The protest aims to commemorate the Israeli attack on Gaza during Operation Cast Lead, which took place on December 27, 2008. However, this year, the protest will focus on opposing apartheid policies, as the occupation continues to commit crimes against the Palestinians.
This event is part of an annual tradition across Ireland to stand in solidarity with the rights of the Palestinian people.
