Yemeni drone strikes southern “Israel”

OCCUPIED QUDS, Dec. 25 (YPA) – Israeli media reported Wednesday that sirens wailed in the city of Ashkelon and its surroundings following the detection of an infiltrating drone.

Israel Defense Forces (IDF) Radio reported that estimates suggest the drone that triggered the sirens in Ashkelon was launched from Yemen and traveled by sea.

The IDF radio further claimed that the Yemeni drone fell in an open area in southern Israel.

Activists from the occupied Palestinian territories circulated a video showing the moment the drone exploded in the industrial zone in occupied Ashkelon.
