SHABWA, Dec. 01 (YPA) – Dozens of people in the Emirati factions-held Shabwa province on Sunday took to the streets in an angry march against the coalition forces.
In the march, the participants demanded the expulsion of the coalition from all southern provinces, coinciding with the 57th anniversary of national independence from British occupation on November 30, 1967.
The protesters in the center of the Nisab district were exposed to live bullets fired by the guards belonging to the UAE-backed governor of Shabwa, Awad Al-Wazir, to disperse the demonstrators.
They denounced the deterioration of living conditions and the economic collapse without solutions being put in place by the coalition-affiliated Aden government.
The rally raised the Palestinian flags in solidarity with the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip, who are being subjected to genocidal war by the Zionist enemy.
