Syrian army prepares for counteroffensive as massive reinforcements arrive in Hama

DAMASCUS, Dec. 01 (YPA) – Massive reinforcements for the Syrian army have arrived in Hama, according to Syrian sources.

The Syrian army also established full control over the village of Maardis in the northern Hama countryside.

Syrian sources reported confusion in the city of Aleppo due to the loss of communication between terrorist groups.

Russian-Syrian air forces carried out intensive airstrikes on positions in southeastern and southern Idlib and the Al-Ghab Plain, targeting the movements, vehicles, gatherings, and headquarters of the terrorists.

The Syrian Ministry of Defense confirmed that a counteroffensive will soon begin to reclaim and liberate all areas.

In the same context, Deputy Head of the Russian Reconciliation Center in Syria, Oleg Ignasyuk, stated that the Syrian army, with support from the Russian air forces, killed at least 300 militants during the past day.
