SANAA, Nov. 15 (YPA) – Millions of Yemeni people took to the streets on Friday in al-Sabeen Square, the largest square in the Yemeni capital Sanaa and other Yemeni provinces, in support of Lebanon and Gaza, under the slogan, “With Gaza and Lebanon… On the Path of the Martyrs Until Victory.”
The massive crowds renewed their commitment to mobilize and remain on high alert to confront the forces of aggression and global arrogance, expressing continued support for the resistance fighters in Gaza and Lebanon until victory is achieved and the usurper Israeli entity is defeated.
The participants pledged to honor the sacrifices of martyrs and remain steadfast in the fight for Palestine and Lebanon’s liberation, including the ultimate goal of freeing Al-Aqsa Mosque from Israeli control.
A statement was issued during the rallies celebrated recent military successes, including missile and drone strikes targeting US aircraft carriers and destroyers in the Red and Arabian Seas, which thwarted American plans for a major attack on Yemen.
The rallies’ statement denounced the ongoing US and British-backed Israeli crimes against the Palestinian and Lebanese people.
It affirmed the Yemeni people’s unwavering stance in support of Lebanon and Palestine, as well as their complete rejection of Arab inaction and complicity with the Zionist entity and their crimes.
The statement reaffirmed their support for the decisions of Yemen’s revolutionary leader, Abdul-Malik al-Houthi, and pledged to continue their efforts to confront imperialism, including further contributions to humanitarian campaigns in Gaza and Lebanon.
In a related development, the Supreme National Campaign for the Support of Al-Aqsa announced the extension of a fundraising drive for Lebanon and Gaza.
