Israeli occupation forces launch raid, arrest campaign in West Bank

OCCUPIED PALESTINE, Nov. 11 (YPA) – Israeli occupation forces Zionist carried out, on Tuesday, a campaign of raids and arrests in the occupied West Bank, while settlers stabbed a Palestinian near Bethlehem.

Palestinian sources stated that the occupation forces raided the cities of Bethlehem and Hebron in the southern West Bank using military vehicles. They also opened fire with live ammunition at Palestinians.

In the northern West Bank, the occupation forces raided the town of Silat al-Dhahr, south of Jenin, sparking clashes between resistance fighters and the invading forces. In the same context, the Israeli occupation forces renewed late on Monday their military incursion into the town of Al-Khader, south of Bethlehem,

The occupation sent military reinforcements to the town, stationing their troop across the area, amid the firing of live fire, allegedly in pursuit of the alleged attacker behind a car-ramming attack against soldiers at the Baloua Triangle earlier this evening.

The town is currently under a strict siege and fully sealed off, with Israeli soldiers firing live rounds at anyone moving.

Palestinian sources said that enemy forces shot and injured a young man during the storming of the town.

Meanwhile, settlers stabbed and injured a Palestinian in the Beit Jala area near Bethlehem.
