At least 5,150 Israeli soldiers wounded in Gaza battles

ALQUDS, Oct. 26 (YPA) – At least 5,150 Israeli occupation soldiers, including 764 in critical condition, have been injured in the battles breaking out in the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023.

Spokesman for the occupation forces Daniel Hagari revealed on Saturday 61 soldiers were wounded in the battles in southern Lebanon in the last 24 hours.

On Friday, the Hebrew newspaper Yedioth Ahronoth revealed that data from the Rehabilitation Department in the Ministry of War indicated that the actual number of wounded may reach 10,000, is expected to rise to 14,000 by the end of this year.

Reports talked that many of these soldiers are experiencing great difficulties in returning to their normal lives, which poses great challenges to the rehabilitation process and return to civilian life.
