Large fire breaks out in Upper Galilee following drone attack

OCCUPIED PALESTINE, Oct. 17 (YPA) –  A fire broke out in western Galilee due to the crash of a drone from Lebanon, Israeli media reported on Wednesday evening .

The Israeli army’s radio reported that the fire erupted  in the settlement of Shlomi as a result of a drone attack that was launched from Lebanon.

It indicated that firefighters teams are currently trying to extinguish the fires in the settlement.

Meanwhile, Channel 12 of Israel stated that firefighting teams are still combating a fire that erupted in Shlomi after a booby-trapped drone was launched from Lebanon.

Hezbollah continues to bomb and target Israeli military sites and cities in response to the ongoing crimes in Lebanon and Gaza since October 7, 2023, which have resulted in more than 100,000 casualties, including martyrs and wounded, according to the governmental media office.
