ALQUDS, Oct. 13 (YPA) – At least 27 soldiers of the Israeli occupation were injured on Sunday during the confrontations with Hezbollah in the battles of southern Lebanon, the occupation army radio admitted.
Zionist media outlets reported a difficult security incident hit the soldiers during clashes with the Lebanese Hezbollah in Ramia site, while continuing to target the northern settlements, as sirens sounded in Haifa and Karyot.
The media outlets reported that military helicopters landed at Rambam Hospital in Haifa to transport wounded soldiers from Lebanon.
In earlier in the day, the Zionist enemy army’s spokesman said that an Israeli officer and a reserve soldier from the 9220th Battalion of the Etzioni Brigade were seriously injured in the battles ranging southern Lebanon.
In turn, the Yedioth Ahronoth newspaper affirmed that about 22 soldiers were injured in two separate incidents that occurred during the ground operation on the borders.
Meanwhile, Lebanese media sources in southern Lebanon reported that more than 30 Israeli soldiers were killed or wounded in the clashes in the Aita al-Shaab-Ramya-Qawzah triangle.
