Death toll in Gaza Strip rises after Israeli occupation committed 4 massacres

GAZA, Oct. 13 (YPA) – The Israeli occupation forces have committed genocide in Gaza for 373 consecutive days, causing increased deaths and injuries, particularly in the Jabalia camp and surrounding areas, which are under siege and starvation.

The Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip announced on Sunday that the death toll from Israeli genocide war against the Palestinians had risen to 42,227, with 98,464 wounded, since October 7, 2023.

The Ministry added that “52 martyrs and 128 injured arrived at hospitals as a result of four massacres committed by the Israeli occupation forces against Palestinian families during the past 24 hours.”

It noted that there are still a number of victims under the rubble and on the roads, and ambulance and civil defense crews are unable to reach them.

This comes at a time when Israeli massacres continue in the northern governorates, where more than 300 people were killed nine days ago during a ground attack and ongoing genocide, according to the government media office of the Gaza Strip.

For the ninth day in a row, the occupation army launched a ground attack and imposed a siege on the northern Gaza Strip, concentrated in the areas of Beit Hanoun and Beit Lahia and the Jabalia camp, in an attempt to empty those areas of residents.
