10-years-old child found killed in Al-Shamaytain district of Taiz

TAIZ, Sept. 28 (YPA) – A ten-year-old child was found killed on Thursday in the Al-Shamaytain district of Taiz, province, which is under the control of the Islah Party and “Tariq Afash” factions loyal to the Saudi-led coalition.

Human rights sources in the district said that the child, Jamil Alaa Jamil Al-Shaibani, was brutally tortured by suffocation to death in the valley of the area.

The perpetrators have not been identified yet, raising concerns among the residents about the spread of similar crimes in the absence of security and stability.

The incident has been met with widespread condemnation and calls for local authorities to reveal the perpetrators’ identities and bring them to justice, according to the sources.
