Hamas: Escalating attacks on shelters is extension of Israeli genocidal war
GAZA, Sept. 27 (YPA) – Hamas movement affirmed on Thursday that the escalation of the brutal Zionist bombing of the Gaza Strip, especially the centers, tents of the displaced, and several schools, is an insistence on the ongoing genocidal war that the occupation government waged by against Palestinian people.
In a statement, Hamas called on the international community, the United Nations and all its institutions to work to stop this Zionist terrorism and the flagrant violations of international and humanitarian law that the occupation army’s committing against defenceless civilians.
The statement stressed that the deliberate and repeated targeting of defenceless civilians, extending from the Gaza Strip to the West Bank to Lebanon, calls for taking measures to prosecute and hold accountable Zionist war criminals for their crimes.
Earlier in the day, the Israeli occupation forces committed a new massacre in a school housing displaced persons west of Jabalia camp, north of Gaza.
The Gaza-based Ministry of Health confirmed 11 citizens were killed and over 22 others wounded in a new massacre that the occupation forces committed in airstrikes on Al-Faluja Secondary School for Girls in the Al-Faluja area west of Jabalia camp in northern Gaza, which houses thousands of displaced people.
